His house was destroyed cause you built a base next to his home. In a way you are at least somewhat the reason they were put in a war zone. You tell him to take it to the terrorists, and right there you proved his point. If it wasn't for the American occupation there wouldn't be any terrorist accidently bombing this poor guys house. And so you go to help this guy, and when he asks for your help where it'll really matter, you threaten him. If you are involved in an car accident of some sort, whether or not it was your fault, it will be claimed as your fault. Why? It doesn't matter if the other vehicle pulls out blindly into oncoming traffic, it doesn't matter if they make an illegal left turn against a red light down the wrong side of the street, or if they were driving on the sidewalk. It is your fault because you, the foreigner, are THERE, where you don't belong. Therefore, it is your fault. It is a logic that defies explanation to me, but that is upheld here. It is something that I wonder if American soldiers know when they go to other cultures.
